HSA After School Clubs Fall 2024 will begin on September 18th

Clubs will be instructed by both Noecker teachers and outside vendors. 

A fun way for your child to explore their passions or find a new interest!

HOW DO I REGISTER?
You can register online on the HSA website or on the Membership Toolkit App. Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis. All clubs have a 6 minimum student enrollment to run and individual maximums for each club. 

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Your registration is not complete until payment has been made. Payment can be made with a credit card directly on the site, Venmo (@Roseland-HSA) and include student name/club name, or by check (Roseland HSA 100 Passaic Ave Roseland, NJ 07068)

Credit card (*w fee) or Venmo payments must be made within 3 days and checks must be received within 1 week for the spot to be held. If payment is not received, then we will offer the spot to the next student on the waiting list.

WHAT IF THE CLUB IS FULL AND MY CHILD DOES NOT WANT TO TRY A DIFFERENT CLUB?

Email hsaAfterSchoolClubs@gmail.com to be added to the waitlist. We will do our best to get everyone into a club. If there is a club that is not for your child’s grade that they are very interested in, please let us know.  

ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS?

If the club you enrolled your child in is canceled, the HSA will refund the fee or we will help your child find a different club to attend. We are unable to issue refunds for any other reason as planning and budgeting are done based upon your child’s enrollment.

We are so excited to launch our 2nd year of the ASC for all Noecker students. Your feedback is very helpful in shaping this program.

Your HSA Membership Dues for 2024-2025 provides you with online access to our school directory called the Buzz Book. The information in the Buzz Book is utilized for personal purposes only and is only available to paid HSA members. The directory is a great resource for play dates, homework help, party invitations and carpools.  As an HSA member, you may also serve as a Committee Chair for HSA school events and vote in HSA Board elections.  We have included directions for new users as well as returning users here.
